Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inflaid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inflaid is a SaaS platform that analyzes publicly available Instagram profiles and provides influencer vetting scores and recommendations for marketing purposes. Inflaid does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any scores or analysis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Inflaid offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a set number of analyses per billing period. Unused analyses do not carry over. Inflaid may change plan limits with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute analysis results at scale
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

Inflaid and its content (excluding third-party data) are owned by Inflaid. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Inflaid does not warrant that scores are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Influencer decisions made using Inflaid are at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inflaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Modifications

Inflaid may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

Account data: email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
Usage data: number of analyses performed, plan type
Payment data: billing handled entirely by Stripe — Inflaid does not store card details
Analysis inputs: Instagram handles you submit for analysis

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Service
To enforce usage limits and manage subscriptions
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Supabase — authentication and database (EU/US infrastructure)
Stripe — payment processing
Railway — backend hosting
Vercel — frontend hosting

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you request deletion. Analysis results may be cached for up to 30 days to improve performance.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@inflaid.io.

6. Cookies

Inflaid uses browser localStorage and sessionStorage for authentication state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, JWT authentication, and secure password hashing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the site.
